Once an order is placed, we’re generally unable to make changes. That said, we’ll always do our best to help 😊 — just drop us a message and we’ll see what’s possible. Please note that we can’t guarantee edits once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. It is automatically calculated at checkout.
To calculate your shipping cost online, simply:

3️⃣ View your total + delivery cost at checkout

Yes — we ship worldwide! 🌏
All orders are shipped with DHL from Berlin, Germany. Once your package reaches its destination country, it will be handed over to the local postal service for final delivery.
Please be patient. Shipping times vary and can take longer during busy periods (like Christmas). But your package will get to you, and we promise it’ll be worth the wait. 💚
Update (26/08/2025):
As of August 2025, we’ve had to suspend shipping to the U.S.. The only available option is DHL Express, but after customs fees, shipping costs would end up higher than the price of our T-shirts. 😔 For more information, please check the official DHL website.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Zone 0: Typically 2–3 business days
- Zone 1: Typically 3–5 business days
- Zone 2: Typically 5–7 business days
- Zone 3: Typically 5–10 business days
- Zone 4: Typically 3–6 weeks

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email that includes a DHL tracking number and a link to the DHL tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 48 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
✈️ Tracking your international package
Local tracking is available in a lot of countries. USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post etc. are all integrated and will make it possible for you to follow the package until your doorstep.
If your order was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please try the following:
1️⃣ Check around your home and with neighbors or building management — someone may have collected it for you.
2️⃣ Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it’s correct.
3️⃣ Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered but may take a little extra time to arrive.
If you still can’t locate your package, please email our team and we’ll help you resolve it.
At Honest Basics, we do our best to ensure every order reaches you safely. If your package is lost during transit, please email our customer support team at hello@honest-basics.com with your order number and any relevant details — we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged package. Please email our customer support team at hello@honest-basics.com as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged items or packaging.
Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Returns
Our policy allows returns for unworn and unwashed products within 31 days of delivery.

We hope you love your purchase but if you’d like to return any item(s), the process is simple. Just use our Return Portal
👉 Please note: the Return Portal is only available for orders placed directly on our website.
If you purchased through one of our marketplaces (such as Avocadostore), you’ll need to follow their return process instead.
After your return arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to 1 week to process. Once it’s cleared, we’ll issue your refund and you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
⏳ Refund processing times depend on your payment method:
- PayPal → usually visible immediately
- Credit card → 2–3 business days
- Sofort → up to 1 week (due to provider limitations)
